Purposes of data processing by the responsible body and third parties
We only process your personal data for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

You have given your express consent,
the processing is necessary to process a contract with you,
the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation,
the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.

Deletion or blocking of the data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as provided for by the various storage periods stipulated by law. After the respective purpose ceases to exist or these deadlines have expired, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Collection of general information when visiting our website
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected by means of a cookie. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

If you contact us with any questions by e-mail or contact form, please give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting us. A valid email address is required for this. Personal data will be automatically deleted after your request has been dealt with.

Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. Online conferences, meetings and webinars
We use third-party platforms and applications (hereinafter referred to as “third party providers”) for the purpose of holding video and audio conferences, webinars and other types of video and audio meetings. When selecting third-party providers and their services, we observe the legal requirements.

In this context, data of the communication participants are processed and stored on the servers of the third party providers, insofar as these are part of communication processes with us. This data may include in particular registration and contact details, visual and vocal contributions as well as entries in chats and shared screen contents.

If users are referred to the third-party providers, or their software or platforms, in the context of communication, business or other relationships with us, the third-party providers can process usage data and metadata, which they process for security purposes, service optimization or marketing purposes. We therefore ask that you observe the data protection notices of the respective third party providers.

Video conferencing with zoom
We use the provider for webinars and video conferences for groups or in a 1: 1 setting.

As part of participating in such a meeting, your registration data will be sent to Zoom and can be used to remind you of the event.

As part of a zoom meeting, personal data may also be accessible to us as the organizer and the other participants, depending on how and with what activities you take part in the meeting.

As part of a zoom webinar, it is possible that your questions or comments are visible to us as the organizer and / or other participants, or that you yourself are visible and / or your voice is audible. Please note the respective instructions in the context.

By participating in a webinar or a zoom meeting, you agree that the meeting or webinar will be recorded by us and used for the purpose of the respective event.

We use Zoom acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in certain cases for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and also in the context of our legitimate interest in modern and efficient communication with customers, interested parties and other users.
