Studio

The training room is located on the 1st floor of an indus­trial loft and is equipped with orig­inal Pilates equip­ment, Gyro­tonic® equip­ment, mats and various small pieces of equipment.

The Shiatsu treat­ments take place either on special floor struc­tures or on a Shiatsu treat­ment couch in the loft.
For more privacy, there are no Pilates or Gyro­tonic® classes during Shiatsu.

The bath­room is equipped with a shower and the changing room offers enough space for clothes and personal belongings.
