Studio

The training room is located on the 1st floor of an old villa in Harvestehude and is equipped with original Pilates equipment, Gyrotonic® equipment, mats and various equipments.

The Shiatsu treatment takes place in a seperate room.

The bathrooms are equipped with showers and the changing room offers enough space for clothes and personal belongings.
