We use plat­forms and appli­ca­tions of other providers (here­inafter referred to as “third-party providers”) for the purpose of conducting video and audio confer­ences, webi­nars, and other types of video and audio meet­ings. When selecting third-party providers and their services, we observe the legal require­ments.
In this context, data of the commu­ni­ca­tion partic­i­pants is processed and stored on the servers of the third-party providers, to the extent that it is part of commu­ni­ca­tion processes with us. We use the provider Zoom​.us for webi­nars and video confer­ences for groups or in a 1:1 setting.

Addi­tion­ally, during a Zoom meeting, personal data may become acces­sible to us as the orga­nizer and other partic­i­pants, depending on how and with what activ­i­ties you partic­i­pate in the meeting.
