We tailor our 60-minute program to you and your individual
individual wishes, needs and abilities. It is suitable for people of all ages. It is also suitable for athletes, pregnant women and for rehabilitation after injuries.

The equipment personally developed by Pilates also supports movement control.
Mat training
Our individual mat training offers the ideal opportunity to familiarize yourself with your body effectively. Small equipment helps to modify and intensify the exercises. This makes mat training suitable for all levels of experience.
Individual training
Personal training and coaching offer you an individual lesson that is perfectly tailored to you. For Pilates beginners, a one-to-one lesson is mandatory at the beginning to get to know your individual situation and to determine your motivation and goals for Pilates training.
Duo and trio classes
In duo classes, you train with a friend or partner. In trio classes, you work out in a small group. Our trainers focus their attention on each participant so that everyone can achieve their personal goals. Training together is fun and increases motivation.
Online Training
In addition to our live offer in the studio, you can also train online with our trainers. You can enjoy an intensive Pilates workout while on vacation or at home on your mat.
