We tailor our 60-minute program to you and your individual wishes, needs and abilities. It is suitable for people of all ages. Also for athletes, pregnant women and for rehabilitation after injuries.
The training supports the concentration, body control, centering and flexibility of the muscles and joints. In addition to the aesthetic muscle building, Pilates always trains the whole body. Not only individual muscle parts are activated, but also does it gently strengthen the deep, fine muscles and strengthens the center of the body, the center. Our highly qualified Pilates trainers will guide you through the exercises, which consist of both floor exercises on the mat and exercises on Pilates apparatus.
So that we can accompany you individually, our group lessons consist of a maximum of 4 people. We also offer individual training for even more intensive support.
